Scottish Piper Martin Mckay is
a performing traditional Scottish bagpipe musician, available
for hire year round.
Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, Martin
developed a love for the pipes from a young age. Being a full
time Piper, Martin travels across the length and breadth of
the country entertaining customers from all backgrounds.
Edinburgh has played
centre stage in the world of Piping over the last few centuries,
most famously, the Edinburgh Castle - School of Piping, where
the world famous Scots regiments passed through, en-route to graduating
as some of the finest pipers of the world.
Martin was taught by
the very best Scots Guards Pipe Majors as well as ex World piping champion Roddy McLeod MBE along with other pipers of serious distinction such as Gordon Walker and Chris Armstrong.
Martin is a true professional
in the world of piping, above all a dedicated, friendly, approachable and
helpful musician.
